Payment & Process

Payment-first is how we deliver fast timelines and quality results. Here's why it works:

Dedicated resources: When you pay, we immediately reserve designer and developer time for your project. No waiting in queue behind other proposals.

Serious clients only: Payment qualifies clients who are ready to move forward, allowing us to focus 100% on execution rather than sales.

Faster delivery: We start work immediately after your kickoff call—no proposal reviews, no contract negotiations, no delays.

Your project literally starts the moment you schedule your kickoff call after payment.

After completing payment via Stripe, you'll be redirected to our success page with a link to schedule your kickoff call via Calendly.

Kickoff call (30-60 min): We'll discuss your business, goals, target audience, and gather any content or brand assets you have.

Design & build: Our team gets to work within 24-48 hours of the kickoff call. You'll receive progress updates throughout.

Review & launch: You review the site, request revisions within your included support hours, and we launch when you're ready.

All packages require a 6-month minimum commitment. This allows us to:

• Build and launch your website properly

• Set up and optimize your lead systems

• Provide meaningful support and improvements

• Deliver real results over time

After the 6-month minimum, you can continue month-to-month or cancel with 30 days written notice. There are no refunds for unused time within the minimum period.

During the 6-month minimum: You're committed to the full 6-month term. We don't offer refunds or early cancellation during this period because we've allocated resources and begun work on your project.

After 6 months: You may cancel with 30 days written notice. You'll continue to have access through the end of your paid period.

What happens to your site: You own your website and all assets. Upon cancellation, we'll help you transition hosting or provide a full export of your site files.

Ownership & Assets

Yes, 100%. You own your website, your content, your design, and all assets we create for you.

This includes:

• All website code and files

• All written content

• Custom graphics and images (excluding stock photos)

• Lead data and contact information

• Domain name (if purchased through you)

There's no vendor lock-in. If you ever decide to leave, we'll provide a complete export of your site and help with the transition.

We recommend you purchase and own your domain name directly through a registrar like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Google Domains. This keeps you in full control.

If you need help choosing or purchasing a domain, we'll guide you through the process during your kickoff call. We never hold domains hostage—your domain is always yours.

Support & Changes

Each package includes a set number of monthly support hours for ongoing changes and updates:

Launch: 1 hour/month

Growth: 2 hours/month

Enterprise: 4 hours/month

Support hours cover: Content updates, minor design tweaks, adding new pages, form adjustments, troubleshooting, and general maintenance requests.

Not included: Major redesigns, new features not in original scope, or extensive custom development. These can be quoted separately or covered by purchasing additional hours.

Unused hours don't roll over to the next month.

No problem. You have two options:

1. Purchase additional hours: Add extra support hours at our hourly rate whenever you need them.

2. Upgrade your package: If you consistently need more support, we can move you to a higher tier with more included hours.

We'll always let you know before you exceed your monthly hours so there are no surprises.

We respond to all support requests within 1 business day, typically much faster.

Standard requests: Completed within 2-3 business days.

Urgent issues: Site-down emergencies are addressed same-day.

Enterprise clients: Priority support with faster turnaround times.

Add-ons & Extras

Add-ons are optional services you can include with any package:

Paid Ad Management: We set up and manage Google Ads or Facebook/Instagram campaigns. You pay a monthly management fee plus your ad spend budget (paid directly to the ad platforms).

Extra Support Hours: Purchase additional hours at our hourly rate for more changes or faster turnaround.

SMS Campaigns: Automated text message follow-up and campaigns. Monthly fee plus messaging costs based on volume.

Add-ons can be added at any time—just let us know what you need.

SMS marketing is subject to TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) regulations. If you add SMS campaigns, we'll help you:

• Set up compliant opt-in forms with proper disclosures

• Create opt-out mechanisms in every message

• Maintain proper consent records

• Follow best practices for message content and frequency

Important: You're responsible for ensuring your contact lists have proper consent. We provide the tools and guidance, but compliance ultimately rests with your business.

General Questions

Timeline depends on your package:

Launch: 7-14 days

Growth: 15-30 days

Enterprise: 30-60 days

These timelines assume you provide content and feedback promptly. Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend the timeline.

We work with whatever you have. During the kickoff call, we'll discuss:

Content: If you have existing copy, great. If not, we can work from your notes and create conversion-focused copy for an additional fee, or guide you on what to write.

Images: Professional photos of your team, work, or location are ideal. We can also source high-quality stock photos that fit your brand.

Logo & Brand: Send us what you have. If you need a logo or brand refresh, we can recommend partners or include it as an add-on.

We want you to love your website. Here's how we ensure that:

Kickoff alignment: We discuss your preferences, show examples, and agree on direction before we start building.

Progress updates: You'll see the site as it develops, not just at the end.

Revision rounds: Your included support hours cover design tweaks and adjustments.

If there's a fundamental mismatch, we'll work with you to find a solution. Our goal is a website that represents your business well and generates results.

We focus on Atlanta and Georgia, but we can work with service businesses anywhere. Our process is entirely remote-friendly—kickoff calls happen via video, and we communicate through email and your preferred channels.

That said, our local SEO expertise is strongest for Georgia businesses. If you're outside the state, we'll still deliver a great website and lead system, but local SEO optimization may be more general.
